- In Person
I am honestly mind blown by this entire process and I get it now!
For the first time in my life I have found something that works!!!
Not only does it work, it’s not a quick fix but a long-term solution that I never thought I’d find. I NEVER thought I could be one of “those girls” that could lose weight and not have to starve themselves. I was convinced my body didn’t do well with carbs because of various other programs, however I will NEVER be at that point again. I now truly understand the importance of macros.
Planning ahead, giving yourself permission to enjoy life, including food, and most of all to be kind and patient with yourself, are the effective tools Dani taught me.
These tools have changed my life in ways that I could never thank her enough for. She changed the way I look at food and myself.
It has been quite a journey learning to love myself no matter what the scale says and knowing that I have the power over food and that it does not have the power over me.
Dani knows her stuff and I am forever grateful to her willingness to share her wisdom, ideas, support and passion for fitness.
