Any of the 3 packages could work for you depending on if you're currently in need of a long offseason and/or you're aiming to compete within the next few months. We will discuss your best option on our consultation call.

I work with all women with any goal. Fill out an inquiry form and once I review it I'll respond back letting you know if we might be a good fit or not.

This answer depends on which package you choose, but here's a quick summary.
Bronze: biweekly check ins with a video reply.
Silver: Weekly check ins with a video reply + direct messaging via the app
Gold: Weekly live video sessions + direct messaging via the app

All clients will receive my coaching manual that goes over topics such as what you need to start counting macros, how to use the food tracking app, how to create your own meal plan, how to track macros while eating out, how to track alcohol calories, traveling tips, and much more.
You will also need to be patient and prepared to make mistakes as you first get going. Learning how to count macros is a process experienced through trial and error.
I will also have access to view your food journal, and can make comments or suggestions.

Absolutely. I'll be teaching you the flexible dieting approach which is perfect for those who travel often and need something that is going to work with their hectic and inconsistent schedules.

Yes. If you purchase the custom training program, just make sure I have a clear understanding of how “new" or inexperienced you are to weight training. I will tailor your programs to ease you into the process and ensure your comfortability.

Yes! For the Bronze & Silver packages, you can add training plans for an additional cost. For Gold, the custom training plans are already included in the price.
Cardio instructions are included in ALL packages. I will give you a total amount to do for the week, also explaining what type and how intense I do or don't want it to be. This will be monitored and adjusted as needed.

All programs include a recommended vitamin & supplement plan. I suggest planning on at least purchasing protein powder, as it will be difficult for you to reach your protein goals without going over on your fats.
Other items will be listed, but will not be mandatory as they are only recommendations. I will highlight the ones that are the higher priority.
If you are pregnant or are planning to get pregnant, this will be taken into consideration when customizing your plan.

While I'm sure you have some appreciation for what macros did for you, I understand the need for more balance. I will walk you through steps to slowly ease you into an intuitive eating lifestyle.

Ultimately the less alcohol you consume on a regular basis the better progress you will see. However, if social drinking is a part of your lifestyle, than the answer is yes (in moderation). You will be given calculations on how to account for alcohol calories properly.

You will be provided with several food lists that are simply recommendations but not mandatory. The lists will break foods out into their macro categories so you can learn which foods have which macros. Ultimately you get to decide which exact foods are going to get you to your macro goals.
